Third times a charm

I waited 2 years to get rid of my other phone and was so excited when I knew I could get the S7. I got it on a Saturday and that following Thursday, in the middle of leaving a voicemail, the phone screen went black and would not turn on again,. I tried everything to no avail. I took it back to the store and was given a new one. 2 days later, in the middle of texting, the screen again went black and would not turn on. So, I took it back to the store again. They had no idea why this happened twice, nor had they heard anything from Samsung regarding any issues. The third phone has had absolutely no problems and I love it. Despite 2 false starts, I love this phone. It is everything I was hoping it would be.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: 2 defective phones to get one that worked
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently placed my S4 with the S7. So far, I have been very pleased. It is MUCH faster than my S4. I am very glad they went back to using the same plug as the S4, so I can still us my charging cables. Also love the wireless charging. I am also pleased with the location of the SD slot - no more taking the back off to insert & remove the card. 32 Gb of storage is more than ample for me.
My wife & son have the S5, and they are quite envious.
Great job, Samsung! Keep it up.

This is by far the best phone I have ever used. I absolutely adore the Galaxy S7 and every little feature it has. From the amazing VR capabilities to the unreal screen quality to the DSLR-like camera quality to the multitasking and splitscreening, this phone continues to blow me away as I use and discover new features.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: that i couldn't get it sooner.

4th Samsung I have owned

I recently purchased the Samsung S7. I prefer the Android platform and this is the 4th Samsung phone I have used. I took a brief time away to another Android phone and came back to Samsung. I find Samsung to design smooth interfaces and they easily transfer apps and information from your old phone to your new one. I own Samsung tv's as well and the cast feature with their tv's is seamless.
As far as the S7 here are the things I like...
-battery life is better than the S5 I was running
-fast charger/data transfer is great
-I like the sd card slot that they took away on S6(one of the reasons I did not own an S6)
-camera is faster on this model and works well in lower light situations-
-The build in speakers are much better too

Things that I don't like as much...
-they downsized the width--I am sure I will get acclimated to it but the transition time I find myself liking the bigger screen on the s5
