Most amazing phone yet

I have owned every modle of Galaxy and Note series phones since the Galaxy SII. The Galaxy S7 os the best yet. I am so excited to have this phone. It has all the features I love and the Gear VR takes it to a whole new level. I recommended Samsung to everyone I know.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, great battery life
Cons: missing ir blaster

The GS7 has excellent features and easy to use. Great extras such as the VR.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: battery life not great

Has really good speed and capable to multi task at the same time

Being in the military I try to get a phone that's fast reliable and to where I can multitask at the same time which this phone allows me to do that. This phone has good battery life I rarely charge it unless I'm really using my phone a lot. Apps open up quickly and with a durable case like otter box I feel this this smart phone can accomplish anything, I have full confidence in this phone. The pictures come out really good, the first time I got it I took a pic of my 2 year old and the picture looked really great. Another really awesome feature is the wireless charging capabilities built in, I purchased the Samsung wireless charger and I have it right buy my bed and when I come home at night my battery is like at 15% so I wait and when I go to sleep like around 1230 -130 I put it to charge without having to plug something in and then when it's ready I just grab and go. The green light on the wireless charger lets me know it's fully charged. I also have the VR glasses which are really coo. Overall I love this phone, there's more but too much to write.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: some videos come out not too clear

Great Phone but very delicate

I recently purchased the S7 which was a much needed upgrade from my S5. A few things that stood out about the new phone is how delicate it is. I put the phone on the desk and it hit my stapler and next thing you know I have a small crack on the back of the phone next to the power button. In a few days it began a spider web effect and now the phone has a blemish. I had many phone and none as easy to damage as this phone. I am reluctant to use the water resistant technology with fear that my crack with expose the insides to water damage. This is the first time in my life that a phone was damage so easily and even worst, having it only for a week. The battery life is less than average and if you use a charger other than the one that comes with the phone, you will have to charge the phone for a while.
Overall, the phone has a great camera with super fast focus, great color and perfect to watch movies. The headphones are much nicer than past Galaxy phones but the volume can use some improvement. Overall, it is a good phone but please be careful with them because they cant take much.

Cons: too delicate and not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am a total Samsung user, going back many years. I have had every version of the Galaxy and even have Samsung televisions so I can use the phone as a remote. For work I use the Note 5. The new S7 is not only a great working phone, it is a beautiful phone as well. I like the size and shape, very comfortable to hold and I am especially happy that it has a memory card slot again. Also, the wireless charging is a huge plus since I have a pad in my car. I could never use any other brand device again! Also so easy to set this phone up with the Samsung Sync

Improvements to the Samsung S7 are good. Love the improvements of waterproof and the overall clean lines and functionality
