This is my 3rd Galaxy and they just keep getting better. I have used both Android and IOS and the Samsung Galaxy phones outpace the Iphone by leaps and bounds. Easy to use and a miltitude of features. Safe to say I will be sticking with and suggesting Galaxy phones for the foreseeable future. A quality piece of equipment.
Pros: Lightweight, quality build
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've never owned anything but Mr. Job's creations. So I decided to give it a try and I absolutely love it. The only down side I have with this phone is that it's supposed to be great with battery life but by the time I put my phone in my pocket and get to work without any phone use what so ever, I'm already down 3%. I can't leave the house without my charger because I know it'll be dead by the time I even leave work by 5. Other than that though, screen resolution is amazing. Picture quality is amazing. Theme capabilites is amazing. I love it.
I love samsung and won't get anything else. The new S7 rocks my socks and I love the efficiency it gives me to keep my life in check with all the features. Definitely an upgrade from older models with picture quality, performance, battery life, and storage. Go get one now!!!
Would've been better if it still had the ir for tv remote feature but not a big deal.
Cons: no ir for tv remote control like the s4 had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I came from a Galaxy Note 4. I was very skeptical about giving up a good phone with a replaceable battery. The s7 allows external SD cars now, so that was a HUGE plus over the previous generation. However, within 1 year my note 4 needed a new battery and I bought one. I was, like many, under the impression the integrated battery in an S6 or s7 would cost far too much to justify the design. I researched it, and Samsung actually charges a VERY cheap rate to replace your battery for you.
That hurdle cleared, the phone itself is simply fantastic. It's beautiful to look at, comfortable to hold, and the specs are simply awesome. My S5, Note 4, and S7 are the only android phones I've ever touched that have ZERO lag or hesitation. They're just as smooth 2 years after owning them.
Con: My only complaint is the glass back on the phone. It's beautiful, yes, but I'm not the type of guy to use a case. Why cover up such a gorgeous device with a hideous case that makes it ugly and uncomfortable to use? I don't use them. But 3 days of my S7 proved that with this one, I truly must have a case. I've never broken a phone, but after 3 days of light use and the phone laying on its back on my desk, it started to develop permanent "sore" spots near the bottom on the back. It's supposed to be gorilla glass back there, but it still has permanent scuffs down there from just lying flat on my desk and randomly getting notifications or being scooted around. I got a thin case to protect it from that--the thinnest case I could find.
I've always been a huge fan of Samsung phones--including their often forgotten Windows phones (I used a Blackjack for FOUR YEARS). This one is the best all around device I've ever had. I just wish I didn't actually REQUIRE a case to use it. I baby my phones, I should not need a case.
Plus, this is the 2nd upgrade promo in a row where my carrier completely ruined my reward. I was told I'd get a Gear VR (one for me and one for my wife, we both got S7's) but was later told "sorry, no idea what you're talking about! they're out of stock now anyway!" Super, SUPER sad about that. The gear VR is an absolutely astonishing accessory. Go play with one in the store!
A personal communication device. It is so much more than a mere phone with an excellent camera, easy interface with bluetooth devices, main music source, social media, etal. I had an iPhone 5C and it seemed EVERYONE was getting a new phone but me. I signed up for the lease thing to get a new phone every two years as the technolgy constantly makes the present obsolete. I am looking into other opportunities like tethering, perhaps replacing home computer entirely with mt Samsung S7 and Samsung Galaxy Tablet.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, technologically up to date
