Fast and much improved battery life!

I upgraded to the GS7 from the GS5. The difference is huge.
The screen is brighter, clearer, less glare
The camera takes better photos, better autofocus
The battery life is 15-20% longer on this phone and the power saving mode (not ultra power saving) keeps my phone at over 95% for HOURS if I'm not using it. My GS5 would lose 5-10% battery every hour even if I didn't touch it.
The phone seems bit lighter, but it could be my phone case :)
The processing speed is significantly faster. I have not experienced any lag on pulling up or using apps.
The speaker is MUCH louder and the sound boost option for phone calls works great.

CONS:
This one is missing the "text message delay" option which saved me from many embarrassing autocorrect messages in the past.
A number of apps are grouped into folders, and they then don't show up elsewhere in the apps screen, which is confusing.
I seem to be having a push problem with my Gmail, where messages are not relayed to my phone for 10-30 minutes. My GS5 always pushed email immediately, though that's likely part of the battery life problem.

Two very happy S7 users

I like the S7 for a host of reasons. The screen looks even sharper than my previous S-phone, and the camera is better (I am not testing the waterproof feature, I will take it on faith). Of course it is faster and has more storage, and I could install my own micro-SD card to increase that storage.Fingerprint detection works like a charm.
I have been using Samsung Pay, and getting high-fives from cashiers and waitresses when I can pay my bill with Samsung Pay after their boss said "Oh, that won't work.", just like the video. That is fun.
And maybe the best feature is that my wife absolutely loves the phone. She is very slow to adopt any new gadget and resists learning about them. She has taken to this phone quickly, and she actually showed ME how to use a certain feature.
How can you beat that?

Love the sleek design!

The entire back of the case was demolished in one drop while using restroom

I've had the new s7 for about a month now and I've never been so happy with the performance and amazing features of this phone. I run multiple apps and never have to worry about performance or battery being hindered.
