I went from my s5 to the s7..my only complaint and a major pet peeve I have is WHY keep changing the chord hook up end that goes into the phone.. ?? I had just got the ones for my car and work for my s5..at least make an adapter that will work for the change. Now I have to buy 2 more once again
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, camera is amazing
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Phone that Goes Beyond Expectations

This phone was much better than I expected. The phone battery is long lasting, the screen is beautiful with amazing colors, the camera is impressive (especially in low light), super loud speakers, and the OS has so many features. The phone feels great in my hand and feels like a quality phone.
My only complaints about the phone is the placement of the speaker (easily covered by my hand when holding the phone in landscape) and the App Drawer not automatically rearranging the apps when uninstalling/removing an old app (TouchWiz issue). This is minor issues compared to my enjoyment of the phone.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, excellent camera
Cons: touch-wiz
I would recommend this to a friend!

Getting the Galaxy S7 was my upgrade from the s4. There are things I most definitely enjoy about the S7, one of them are themes and getting to personalize menus, etc. Some of the things I'm not a fan of, and I'm going to assume they are bugs that need to be fixed? When syncing google accounts, it's forcing me to look at the contacts of one of the accounts when I've instructed the settings not to. Unlike the S4, there is no 'ignore the contacts of 'someone'" option. Not sure if it's me or what, but I'm not able to move apps, etc... to the sd card, this results in pics taken via camera going some place in the phone and not being able to find them in a picture directory. The Power Saving Mode, works so so, but it's not customizable, I want to save power, but I'd still like to get my notifications, there has to be a middle option here. One of the issues I've been having is even though I've deleted a theme, my app icons keep changing to the icon-frame design of the deleted theme, very annoying. The last thing I really don't like, it might be small for some, but I REALLY don't like it: With the S4 I could skim through my home panels and they would rotate (circle) right around, the S7 doesn't have that, and it really makes for un-necessary scrolling through the panels - my thumb gets tired, and it's bothersome.
Things I do like: Flashlight option in my notifications pull down screen, for that matter, SOOOOO many options to put on that menu!! I love the concept of themes, I've missed them from the old days when my cell phone company had them. I love the option to have a night clock showing, or not! The battery life is the bomb (except when using VR Headset), I like that I can go a couple of days without NEEDING to charge up. The new camera is pretty sweet, gotta say that! As a photographer I love the new sensitivity.... but the pro setting is a little pointless. Love the grid for placing apps/widgets, and the temp space for moving them around.
We got two S7's, hubs got the black one and I got the gold. Samsung, pls pls pls bring back a purple phone?!?!?!?!?! They were a great price, and we look forward to technology advances Samsung is always good at!
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: syncing, not very ergonomic

The phone performs as expected. I am pleased that Samsung has made water resistance, and Corning Gorilla Glass standard features. My last phone was six years old, so it follows that this phone should be better. I have not owned another phone of similar tech level, so I will not say whether this phone is better than other phones currently available, however I have not experienced any issues that have caused me to look at other phones.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

I like the features on the phone its easy to use and also the phone is light weight. And fits in the palm of your hand I would recommend this phone to all my family and friends I love Samsung and will neve go to anyour other product I love this device.
The New Galaxy S7 is easy to use. It's water proof design makes it safer to carry around with you. It is easy to load new apps and I use it more than I use my lap top now. I can use it to listen to music. I have installed all of my favorites, and still have plenty of storage space. The memory is expandable which is an improvement over the S6. I would recommend this to everyone. I love mine.
