Once again I have to tell my family and friends what a great value the G Series is. I have had 2 family members and one co-worker switch over from the competition and they all have thanked me greatly. Along with a great phone with an incredible camera, you get unbelievable customer service. OK that is all great but along came the VR and I tell them they have to try it because words can't explain what you see. And yes they all walk away amazed. As I write this review on my Tab 2 while watching my Samsung HD tv and getting a cold drink out of my Samsung Refridgerator I look around seeing what great value I have received through Samsung. And yes my next purchase will be the G series watch. Thank you Samsung for great products and unmatched customer service, you have a Samsung rep your not even paying

Cons: takes to long for accessories to come available

Best phone I have ever had

This phone has every feature I could want. I upgraded from the Note 3 and was happy with it but the size, memory expandability, and the fact it is water proof made me look into the upgrade. When I went and tried it the speed of operation sold me.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Im really disappointed that they took away the hands free mode in the S7. I used that feature everyday in my car.

Better than my old s4

When I got my Samsung Galaxy S4 a few years ago it was amazing. Phone was fast & camera was perfect, phone was perfect in so many different ways. Then I downgraded to my Galaxy S5 and it was a disaster because nothing really worked well except maybe the power button. Even the Bluetooth never had a proper stable connection and none of my devices would work correctly . Now I got the Galaxy S7 and Samsung really did a fantastic job. The camera is out of this world pictures are so crisp and full of color it's like I'm almost using a professional camera. Phone is fast, the ergonomic design sits really well in the hand and the virtually frameless design makes the phone a little narrower as well without losing any screen size. The only feature I miss is the IR blaster. It was handy having my phone work as a remote control but oh well I'll get over it also the speaker being built on the bottom is excellent and loud. The Samsung pay feature is also very convenient. I wish it had the ability to add other bank cards because the limited.

Cons: no ir blaster, needs more bank card brands for samsung pay

Love the design more comfortable to grab. Camera is great and performs fast. Also the battery last longer than the Gs6.

Decent phone

I upgraded from the Galaxy S5 when this S7 came out. So I've had it a couple weeks now. Pros- excellent camera and featuress. Loads extremely fast and pics are clrear as can be. The phone has a cool design and you don't have to worry about getting it wet. Cons-gets really hot while charging. Even when i turn off the fast charge and charge it overnight it is hot in the morning. The battery seems to drain rather quickly. My S5 did way better on battery management. Maybe i need to dig a little deeper in the settings to optimize the battery life. The phone randomly opens up split screen view on it's own. I could be reading a web page and my finger hovering over the screen and split screen opens up. Or if im typing a text it happens too sometimes. I thought i was doing something and not realizing it but then i read the instructions on how to open split screen and there's no way i could have done that. So that's a problem. Also a memory card symbol keep popping up in the notification tab at the top of the screen. So i open the drop down to view the notification and it says "For transferring photos and media" and gives me two options, to explore or eject. I can't find a reason why this symbol keeps popping up. It seems that it's just letting me know that i have a memory card installed. So that's pretty irritating and i can't figure out how to make it not show up again. I have to keep clearing the notification. So in a nutshell, not a bad phone. Just gotta fix the software issues I'm experiencing and I'll be ok with the phone. After owning the S5 and S7, i probably would have kept the S5 a little longer and waited for the S8 to come out.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, battery life not as expected, gets really hot while charging

My Galaxy s7

First let me say thank you to Samsung for listening to their customers and fans by returning the expandable memory and waterproof features. That aside the phone looks and feels great! It is fast and responsive. The camera has a fast focus and takes clear and crisp pictures even in low light settings, as a swing dancer a very useful feature. I love Samsung pay it makes makeing my day to day purchases easy and convenient. The battery life is fantastic and i am a heavy phone user. I am very satisfied with my purchase and have already recommended this phone to at least 3 other people that reaulted in them getting the s7 as well.
Pros: Bright display
