cel the reception is very bad. cel freezes. the screen is not demaciado sencible. I can not dictate voice more message

It started off as a good phone

It started off as a good phone then fonts became Extremely Large for emails out of No where. When getting on Internet it started off Fast then bogged down and Everything else slower and when trying to delete emails it takes 3-4 taps. Unimpressed with Performance after only 3 weeks of owning.
I purchased a new Samsung S7 and in about 6 weeks the operating system on the phone crashed and I had to reset the phone to factory settings loosing all the info on the phone. It was not backing up on my computer; dropping calls so I asked sprint to replace the phone which they did since I was in the Customer Satisfaction period, so I am giving it a second try.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has great features it would be nice if FaceTime was added or some type of feature similar to FaceTime
