Better than expected

Better than expected.. Blazing fast. Battery life not the greatest but this charges so fast.. I am concerned about battery life at the year mark when most other phones require a battery change.. Camera is superb. The gear vr with this phone is mind blowing.. First phone overheated but it turned out to be defective unit

I love my new Samsung Galaxy S7! It has all the features I wanted and more. It takes great pictures. I highly recommend this phone.

I have just recently joined the Samsung Family having been a faithful HTC user for many years, so far my Galaxy S7 experience has been a delightful one. I utilize the fingerprint lock on my phone and it certainly does keep prying eyes and little hands from messing things up. The ease of use is phenomenal, smooth flawless transitions in everything you may use. I would highly recommend this phone to Family friends and strangers who may ask.

Disappointments & Greatness

I've been reviewing phones for a long time now, I recently bought a Galaxy S7 to use as a personal phone and I have to admit, The phone is great but I am a little disappointed. I decide to buy a Galaxy S7 US edition with my carrier. Then I see I can't even root it. I know what samsung thinks about rooting, but it is unfair that International editions of the Galaxy S7. Can be rooted just fine.
Rooting:
As a developer it's very annoying how the bootloader is locked, I need to use root to make my phone, MY PHONE. That way I can customize the emojis, fonts etc. The android developer options menu only does so much.
Processor:
So for some reason, If I have a US Galaxy S7. I get a worse processor? Like what. Why is it that if I buy an international version, I get a better phone. AND CHEAPER!
Sim Slot:
However the sim slot is a good idea, it's very annoying how if I pull to hard my Sim Card & SD Card go flying, I lost one of my sim cards because of this.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, water-proof
Cons: Did not meet expectations, bootloader locked, processor worse than international, sim-slot poor build
