[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After researching all the brands of gas ranges in our price perimeters, we chose the LG and I couldn't be happier. It feels sturdy, like it's been put together well, unlike some we looked at. I love having the 5th burner and the convection oven feature. And it's pretty cool to have a blue oven! The underside drawer holds everything my old stove held, so that was nice. All around, we feel we made a great choice.

Overall the gas stove has worked very well, however the back control panel where all the dials are located is too dark. The control panel should be white or a lighter color than black as it makes it a little difficult to see the feature that you need to use (bake, time, minutes, start, off, etc.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this stove a few months ago. I waited to write the review because I wanted to make sure that we did not have issues with it. This is an excellent product. We use propane because we live in the country. I am amazed how quickly it preheats. Cooks very evenly both in the oven and on the stove top. Easy to use. Easy to clean. I would buy another LG product based on this experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG free standing gas range is wonderful. I love almost everything about it. This is my first gas range after 49 years of marriage. The Easy Clean oven is very nice and I love that I don't have to super heat the kitchen to clean it. I love the convection oven as well. My only issue is one that I read about in the reviews before I bought the stove. It is very easy to accidentally turn on the gas. Also when I have to clean up a slight spill after a meal, I have to be very careful not to lean into the burner knobs because a couple of times the burners have come on while my hands are near them. If I have to clean more than a little area, I remove all of the knobs so I can concentrate on cleaning and not worry about bumping them. The gas leaking issue, doesn't happen often, but I've tried to get in a habit of checking the stove every time I leave the house for a slight turn of a knob. Most times the odor alerts me, but if there is a very small amount escaping and no one is home to smell it... I wish LG would come up with a safer design. This has apparently been an issue for quite some time and should be looked into. I recommend the stove to friends but with a warning about the knobs.
