This phone is horrible

I got this phone because I am very active and seeing how it's waterproof and can withstand high falls, I thought it would be perfect. Today it dropped from about 2ft and the screen shattered. It has been very slow since about 1-2 months after I got it even though i have the newest updates. It always freezes on me. Apps always crash on it. Nothing is good about this phone. The rubber outter lining started falls of a month after I got it. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PHONE FOR ANYONE!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, not durable, falls apart
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The almost perfect phone

I have owned this phone for about a month now. I love it. I sold my Galaxy s3 to get this phone. I was afraid of breaking the G3. I work outside and in a garage 8 hrs. a day. Hot, cold, sweat it all works after all the punishment it gets. I only wish the internal memory and processor was bigger and faster, but that's okay I don't play many games and stuff. Overall great design and great feel.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: memory, slow processor

poorest excuse for a phone that I have ever found

If you use your phone very much, then you had better have back up batteries. I don't use mine much and have to charge it like every day to every other day. They have sent me two batteries now, and a new phone. I will never buy another smart phone again. The android os on this phone eats up the battery. It takes forever to reset and go down to low consumption. It is junk. Phone is set to low everything, and I even exit out of all apps immediately when done.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, battery life
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had my Rugby Smart for about a year and then I lost it. The problem was, I had been working in the garage, in the back yard and even up in the attic. It could be anywhere and I looked all over to no avail. Of course I found it in the last place I looked. I was washing my dirty clothes and I wondered if it could have been in my pant's pocket. Sure enough, the phone was in the bottom of the washer. It had agitator scratches on the screen protector. I pulled it out and hit the wake up button and the screen looked perfect. I then made a call, but I could not hear thru the earphone speaker. I put it on speaker and that worked fine. A couple of hours later, I made a call and the earphone speaker had dried out and it worked fine.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is like they made other phones breakable so you would waste money on it. I am happy with the phone overall, and only cared about the durability.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color

I have had this phone approximately two weeks or so. I loveit, love it love it...... The best phone i have owned ever. The only thing I would like to know is how to use all these apps..... I am new at this wifi thing etc. So this phone is going to teach me a lot of stuff. I am enjoying learning all about my phone. Great Pics.....sound....everything is great.... so much to learn.... It is almost like carrying around a small computer... LOL!! :) PS: I love the fact it is rugged, waterproof, and dustproof....
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, battery lasts ~3-4 days
Cons: cannot think of one.........

complete waste of money

I have had this phone for about 3 monthes now. I havent liked it from day one but before i left a reeview thought i would give it some time and the benefit of the doubt. It is a very nice size and seems fairly rugged but thats about all the positive i can honestly say about it. The operating system is slow as can be, apps continuously lock up and have to remove the battery to get restarted. Even when in 4g and all the bars of service lit up internet browsing is slowest i have ever seen. The camera isnt much to brag about either, while it does take decent photos there is such a huge lag from when you push button to snap the pisture and it actually taking it is tremendous. When you hold the volume up button in while phone is locked the flash light will come on which is very handy, but on several occasions it has came on while on my pocket and there is no time out on it so therefore it stays on until the battery is completely dead. The incall volume as well as the music player volume is horible very very low and hard to hear someone if there a soft spoken person. Overall i would under no surcemstances recomend this phone to no one.
