Terrific little vacuum

I bought this item about a year or so ago, and have been very pleased with it. It has better suction than any hand vac I have ever used, is easy to operate and to charge. Now I just want to know where I can download the instruction manual.

Worked well for a while...

I had this about two years during which time it worked fine and then it began cutting off after just 20-30 seconds of being turned on. If I let it rest for a few minutes, it works again for another 20-30 seconds. I can keep doing that but it is not practical. I keep emptying the "emptiable" places in the vac but that doesn't seem to help. Either dust has gotten into the motor or there is some sort of electrical overheating. I found a Black and Decker 16V Lithium battery Dustbuster at a rummage sale for $5 and it works great.If it goes kaput I won't mind. And that let me take my Pivot apart to see what was going on. Unfortunately I couldn't get fully into it so off to the dump it goes.

Use before battery dies and then call B&D

I bought one and the lithium battery died. You graciously sent me another and now it's dead, also. What gives?! I would NEVER recommend this unless you keep replacing it on a yearly basis.

Awesome, BUT....

Got this in December and loved it! It is very powerful, charges quickly and does everything I need it to do. The issue started a few months later, the hinge on the waste compartment door started to loose and within another month it broke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Pivot Is My Best Friend!

Two situations happening at the same time such as mine make my Vac a lifesaver for me every day. You may wonder what does extra thick, long hair and my house on the market for sale have in common? With unexpected last minute showings and tons of my hair shedding onto the bathroom floor and elsewhere everyday, one can imagine the difficult task to get the house clean in lightening speed! My Pivot Vac never fails me, and as I zoom all over the floors in a hurry, my little friend sucks up every hair quickly and with ease. It is actually fun cleaning up my hundreds of hairs around the house because I know the vac will always do the job for me! I wish I had one in every room of the house- it is just that great!!! I highly recommend this product for good cleanings and urgent cleanings!

Very adjustable

I was on the fence when I got this but I’m so happy that I did. The fact that it is so adjustable is wonderful. It allows me to vacuum in spot that I never thought was possible.

The old vacuum cleaner died because of a power surge. The insurance replaced it and this model is definitely an improvement on the old model. It is very quiet, strong enough for small tasks, it is light, portable and it charges very quickly. It is very easy to clean the filter.
