I guess I should have read the reviews before buying. This was a terrible purchase. Who could someone possibly like this? It is just loud pounding. How is it supposed to help? It might be making me more irritated.

Problems with the on/off switch

Great Massager, we had this for about 11 months. I would have given this 5 stars. However, the on/off switch became intermittent and today the on/off switch does not work.

I bought this hoping the heat feature would be what I am looking for. Was very disappointed hardly any heat all. The massage feature was great.

We really like this massager it works well with all the settings. We just wish it was able to massage neck it is to wide and the massage parts are too far a part.
