Great design and very useful; built to meet a wide range of pan sizes. I use it mostly for making Paella. Due to the variety of pan sizes and brands out there, you have to shop for the appropriate pan size, i. e. the ones that will best fit the heating coils. One has complete and independent control of both heating coils; can use one or both at the same time, and regulate different flame intensities on both. Also, the one thing that I would suggest to the people at Char-Broil, is that they could greatly improve this cooker if they raise the wind barrier around the cooker by at least 1/2 inch. This would allow for use when the wind is greater than 10 knots outside,

I've only used this cooker a few times, but what a time saver! I bought this outdoor cooker specifically for making Paella. Since it is easy to assemble and break down, I took it to my parents house and made a wonderful Spanish birthday dinner for my mom. I can cook outside and not heat up the kitchen and it provides even cooking for my large Paella pan. I'm sure it would be great for camping and can't wait to try it on the road.

It is very susceptible to wind. Needs better baffling from breezes
