I had to send it back. Upon first trying it, it started smoking, due to the rubber base pad spinning around the center pad ring. Pieces of rubber started flying off. Scared me to death. I do want to order another one to try again. I think this one was just faulty. But it was expensive even though my money was refunded. Still have to re-budget for another.

I’ve had mine for about 9 months now and it works really well. One thing I wish it could do better is small amounts (for baby food). It works well for big batches. I hope they come out with a single serve cup that would attach to my existing blender!

Three things......when adjusting the speed setting I would like it to stay at that setting until I want to adjust again. Every morning it returns back to where it was before I adjusted it. I do not like the pre-messaging every morning. Just let me turn it on and start. I don’t want to wait until it gets finished telling me what it is. I already know what it is. I don’t want to be told every morning. i am 66 years old and would love the settings to be illuminated. The blender is used every morning. I love the internal sensor to detected resistance. It isn’t as loud as I thought it would be. I am a smoothie experimenting freak. So far this blender does a great job.

I bought this about a month ago. So far, we have only used it to make smoothies but this thing is great! Last night, I threw about a cup of frozen (right out of the freezer) peaches in to make a smoothie. Used the fruit smoothie setting and in the 45 seconds it defaults to for a fruit smoothie, those peaches were smooth as silk! Green smoothies are also smooth. It's a beast. Only complaint is that it is loud. But I guess it has to be to do the job it does. And clean up is a BREEZE! Highly recommend for this purpose.

The only reason it not a five is that the base of the motor was discolored. This does not effect the operation. I assume that that is why the price was below normal.

This blender is amazing!! Very powerful!! And clean up is a breeze. If you make smoothies with frozen ingredients, this blender handles it with no problem. Even has 2 smoothie settings to blend extra long if you need to get veggies to break down finer. We love this thing. Is so fun to watch!!
