[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a large traditional antenna two years ago. It worked fairly well. Living in a valley with a number of trees the reception was impacted. Freezing screens were common...particularly when watching sporting events during the daylight hours. Additionally, weather would knock out reception to certain nearby channels.
After switching to this antenna, we have not had any frozen screens or dropped channels. Additionally, we were able to add more stations to a point where our air wave TV was now rivaling some basic cable services for channel choices.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't speak highly enough about the antenna and the ease of installation. I had my Son-in-Law standing by in the event I encountered difficulty. Non encountered. I installed it on the floor of the upper storage area of my garage. When I connected the cable and programmed the TV BINGO a clear HD picture. My Son-in-Law is so impressed he's going to order one as well and bag cable. I may tweek it over time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in Clermont Florida, 30 miles west of Orlando and 58 miles NW of Tampa. I can watch tv from both cities; they provide a good and strong signal.
Before I had those flat plastic omnidirectional antennas with boosters, the choice was few channels from Orlando with an erratic signal and no channels at all from Tampa.
I am pleased with this antenna I installed in my home attic (no outside antennas because of HOA regulations).
Easy installation, I reived the antenna complete, well packed and no defects,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] FCC, Antenna Web and TV fool says we are in a hole where reception is basically non existent, except for possibly one set of channels which is a ION pack. Got the ION pack with ease plus to UHF channels 29 miles away on a 2 edge signal. This is on a camper it I did add a preamp to aid with this. Now people at camp are looking into it. There are bigger directional that might have done better, but they don't mount well on a camper.

I am using this in the St. Louis, Missouri area. I am about 22 miles away from the majority of stations and have this antenna located in an attic environment. All of the stations come in with an extremely strong signal strength.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good attic antenna. I pick up all the channels that I expected too. The only disadvantage over the larger one with 2 adjustable panels was that I had to aim it a couple of times and re-scan the TVs to make sure it was picking everything up.

It is labeled as an HDTV antenna but if you look at the specs of the antenna it does nothing with the VHF band of frequencies. So it may not get all the channels that you hoped to get.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
