The first one, you said wasn't powerful enough. So a bought a better one ,so you said , and I lost channels, you blame everything but your antennas.

I live 69 miles from the TV tower, in the Pacigic Northwest, so I am surrounded by big trees and lots of hills and mountains. I was not even sure that I should try but this antenna was very reasonably priced so I tried it, and it picked up several stations right off. I added a signal booster and got even more. I talked to customer service and they recommended a Clearview UHF antenna be added to boost it even more. Now I get everything except for 1 station. I also have to mention that Antenna Directs customer service is the best I have ever seen. They walked me through everything and every problem. They are the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a little disappointed in DB4e as I own 3 clearsteam2 antennas, one used in Melbourne FL.one in Buffalo NY and one in Youngstown NY.pretty happy in general, but was losing reception about 25% of the time in Buffalo. Spoke with salesperson/tech at antennas direct, she suggested DB4e , should see substantial improvement .Noticed little improvement, would never have people over for a football game,

Purchased this antenna to replace one that I had for 15 years which no longer had the rotation device. I was not able to get Channel 9, one of the stations we really liked to watch. Other than that it still worked great. Nice clear picture. This new antenna does not get Channel 9 either, even though it is only 41 miles from my home. The picture quality is not as good as the old antenna was. But, since I had to pay someone to put it up for me and would have had to pay again to have it taken down, I kept it. I do feel I am no better off than I was with my old antenna. I am disappointed.

We used a couple of in line amplifiers and it runs all 8 of our t.v.s . So glad we found you.
