LOVE my Alen air purifier!

I am so happy I purchased my Alen air purifier! I live in a condo four-plex and one of the units has a 2 pack a day smoker. The smoke started to infiltrate my unit, so I was desperate to find a way to combat the nasty smell. I discovered the attic space is semi-open above our 4 units, so we share the air above. Our condos were built before codes that require firewalls to totally separate each unit. I hired a contractor to wall off my attic space from the other units. During the construction phase, the Alen air purifier did a remarkable job removing the smoky smell. I could not have survived this ordeal without my air purifier.

It's working.

My wife and I have allergies, and noticed it was difficult to remove cooking odors from our kitchen/great room. Since we purchased our Alen and started using it we have noticed a marked difference in air quality in our home. The unit is as advertised quiet, and seems to be doing the job in cleaning the air in our home. We consider the investment me made in your product worth while.

The display lights turn back

The display lights turn back on mysteriously later after I turn them off! I have tried unplugging the air purifier and then plug it back in hoping this resolves the issue, but the lights once again turn back on later after I turn them off. Your air purifiers are not cheap! This should not happen when pay this much in hopes that you are getting a good quality product! I either want my money back or an air purifier that actually works like it is intended to work! I have bought a lot of your air purifiers and filters and have paid you well! I expect a timely response in hopes that your business likes happy customers!

This is our second Fit50. Our first is used in the kitchen. Our latest one is in the living room. Both work well to clear kitchen oders.

I'm very pleased with the FIT50. There are occasional smokers that I allow in the basement and I wanted to remove the smoke from the room. It works well. The smoke used to drift to the second floor and I wanted to prevent that. I also have the 75i on the second floor. I used to notice if anyone smoked in the basement, it would kick in to remove drifting smoke. Since I put the FIT50 in the basement, the 75i remains in the green. This tells me that the FIT50 is doing its job in the basement and the 75i is doing its job on the second floor keeping that area clean. I love these. They removes odors, allergens, smoke, etc. Worth it!

I decided that an Air

I decided that an Air Purifier could help me with allergies (I have 2 inside cats) so I started researching for the type that would meet my needs. Cost, quietness, square feet coverage, type of air filter, & warranty. Alen BreatheSmart FIT50 True HEPA Air Purifier was my choice. I ordered it on 2/8/22 and it was delivered on 2/10/22. Thank you for employing such kind and knowledgeable people.
