I chose this oven because it was similar to the ones I have used as a pastry chef in commercial kitchens. The double doors sealed the deal. I love how the racks roll out so smoothly. The proofing feature is awesome.

We redid a complete kitchen and chose this GE Advantium oven instead of a microwave. We really made the correct choice. Live the food menu features for the convection speed oven part as well as the menu for the microwave...... keep these awesome leaps forward ......

Amazing product

We had our house built and utilize this as a second oven and Microwave. It does both jobs remarkably well! My kids will bake cookies, my wife will make casseroles, and I will roast Asparagus that comes out beautifully crispy and done. We have not uncovered many things it just will not do and do well. I have even cooked salmon and steaks in it and they come out perfectly done with seared crust as you would get from a skillet or pan.
