Just the best ever!!!

I was devastated at the possible loss of this oven/micro. Thank you GE. THIS IS THE BEST ONE EVER!! I love the dual features ease of use and delay oven options and all else. I always recommend this to my friends!!! Keep up the good work!!!

Love the micro/oven combo!

Great micro/oven. The issue I have is that I would have referred a number keypad to input how long to cook an item. Other than that I have gotten used to the turning of the dial to get my desired time. Also very easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problematic or Bad luck?

Bought this very expensive unit from GE. In fact, it was actually a replacement (I had to AGAIN pay full fare) for another GE microwave gone bad after 3 years. So on this one, I purchased full warranty. 3 months ago, the door collapsed and lost spring action. I called the insurance company back in October 2019. This is December 2019. They still have not fixed it. They blame it on GE for not sending the replacement part. I am sure there are other better microwave ovens. This one is very expensive and given me nothing but headaches. If you have a choice, DO NOT BUY THIS.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Features BUT . . .

The oven has the features that we expected BUT it is incredibly difficult to clean. The oven is too deep for a normal human being to reach the back of the oven to properly clean it AND while it is stainless steel which gives the expectation of easy to clean it is anything but easy to clean. We hate the spots that we can't get off the oven walls.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since installing our Cafe Series Microwave, we have used it both for microwaving and using the express baking options. We actually used this several times before actually putting our matching wall oven to use! Powerful element and great lighting and timing features. I only wish the interior cavity was a bit larger.

Incredible Microwave/Convection Oven

This microwave / convection oven does it all fast microwave features and incredible features when using the convection features. I love how the oven has built in smarts which can sense the food you are cooking and set the proper time for them. The Built in cooking features and options on the dial cover a huge range of food and options.
My only gripe is that the carousel arm that spins the trays don't stay in place when you switch between the glass microwave plate and the steel convection oven tray. This prevents the trays from spinning properly. For the price I would have thought it would have been attached more securely to make an easier transition between trays.
