Solidly built, low cost small size safe. No instructions for mounting this to floor and repeated requests only got me instructions for different models. Not a big deal or reason not to purchase.

It's stuck closed!

Every time I have to open this safe, it takes me 15minutes to do it but I eventually am able to. However this time it refuses to open. I have been trying for 2 weeks to open this safe and get my documents out that I need, but no luck. Now I have to pay money for someone to open it for me when I have the key. I will NEVER buy another one of your products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
