Product worked GREAT for a little over 1 year, about a month after warranty expired, would not cycle, still cools, but on MAXIMUM COOL.. Will make electric usage jump way up..
Pros: easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent unit

I bought thus 5 years ago and it has been supplemental cooling in the house. It has just started failing; touch pad not operational (dog ate remote), freezing up, on/off inoperable. I will replace with another LG.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!
