Great air conditioner!

This was the third one of these that we have bought-if that gives any indication of how much we like this A/C! The first one we bought was for a storage building that needed to be climate controlled and this really did the job. Set on "Energy Saver" mode it kept everything cool thru out the East Texas summer and comfortable thru winter. When the electricity bill came in every month, it wasn't draining on the wallet. So when it came time for another one, we once again turned to LG.

My window unit only lasted 1 year and 6 mos. I would have thought it would have lasted longer.

We now have 2 of them. They are quiet and last a long time. We replaced the one we had in the window we had bought 11 years ago. Hope this one last that long.

This is the best ac/heater combo

I love this unit! The a/c was wonderful and easy to control and the switch over to heat was so easy. I have been using the heater for a few days now and is very efficient and keeps my home toasty warm.

Stopped cooling after 7 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a good AC for the last seven years. Cleaned it periodically but all of a sudden it's not cooling. Freezes up on some of the coils and the rest are not cold. Thought about recharging with R134A refrigerant? Looking for suggestions???
