fast shipment to us. The HP Officejet e-all in one printer was so easy to set up. great directions to follow. The printer is an ideal purchase for our HP laptop.

I ordered an HP OFFICEJET 4620 e-All-in-One Printer on Black Friday's special..The price was excellent and when I got the printer I was so satisified, I ordered another one for my son and was very pleased that HP sent the printer to my son direct. I am not a tech person, but I was able to install the printer myself as the directions for installing the printer were easy to understand and I was able to install my new printer in just a short time...Thank you HP for such an excellent product and excellent customer service, your specials are just wonderful...
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had several printers and was a little worried because for the price I was not sure if this printer would be all that I wanted. Usually you get what you pay for but with the HP Officejet 4620 you get much more. This printer is all that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer was easier to install and set up than my 4500 was, but the input tray is not as convenient to use since you have to collapse the output tray, then pull out the input tray to reload it. The print quality is excellent.

There is no software computer window icon where I can clean cartridges, see ink levels and and print test sheets. There is no provision to print or copy 4x6 photos. Loading paper is not easy!

The printer will not even print. Gives error saying to restart and that it is either the ink or the printer itself....:(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
