I am an RN working full-time from home, and this all in one printer is perfect for me. It was easy to setup/install and its performance is exceptional.

Missing important features

My last printer, also an HP, had the capability of printing on both sides with just a keyboard command. This printer does not have that. I have to print two pages on one side to get that. Sometimes too, it spits out extra paper. All in all, it's OK, but not great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The set up was easy, although the online didn't work for me, the other did, It's not noisy, I don't print huge amounts, works fine, just what I wanted.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We received this printer and it works perfectly. It was easy to set up and the software is intuitive and non-invasive. We have 4 computers so being able to set up on network on each computer is a huge bonus.
We've only had it for about 2 weeks so can't vouch for ink usage or durability. But this is one of many HP all in one printers we've had and they have all been stellar except for the cost of ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As you are aware, this is a replacement. The first one had a problem which could not be solved by your excellent service team - random paper/carriage jams. The replacement is operating perfectly. My only criticism is that nowhere is it written that only 25 sheets should be loaded. Had you so stated, perhaps we would have bought the next level. But, after some grumbling we have got used to making more frequent refills. Many thanks to the team who helped us.
