First impressions are very positive.

The printer was easy to order...shipped and was received on time...and was extremely easy to set up and integrate with my network. Scans and prints, whether auto-fed or placed by me, went smoothly and took less time than some critical reviews I'd read had led me to expect. I'm waiting to see how it does with notification of low ink -- if that goes well, I might be inclined to go to five stars upon further consideration.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have nothing but good things to say abiut the prienter and the support I got to set it up with the computer and iPhone and iPad. I phoned twice and both times the phone calls were appreciated. I got all my questions and issues answered very efficently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Paper Jam each time I tried to print - tried it for four hours, then spent another 90 minutes with your very patient super nice Technical Support Customer Rep. He tried everything with me and agreed my printer is defective. Will buy HP, but not the 4620

until my wireless internet continued to go out and the printer never reconnected to the internet. This is a major malfunction, i have to uninstall the printer just to get the wireless fixed.

Good Printer Except for Paper In-put Tray

I have owned this printer for under a month and am satisfied with the exception of the paper in-put try which is extremely awkard to access; also, you cannot add paper to the tray without removing all paper already in the tray. In addition, several times, when printing 1 page an additional page will accompany the print page out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
