Love the touch screen instead of directional buttons to move to different controls on it. Wifi is awesome too. just love all the features of all in one to meet our busy lives requirenments. Thank you HP!

I had a Cannon printer for years that I love. It finally died and I had to find a new one. This printer is a great replacement. It was super easy to set up and does everything I want it to do quickly with little thought on my part. The prints quality is everything I need.

So easy to set up...didn't take long at all and within 15 minutes was ready to go. The digital screen is easy to read. I would strongly recommend this all in one,

Excellent features

My printer was easy to setup and run. I have 2 computers that use the wireless feature for printing. My only problem so far was a paper jam when I faxed a letter. Each time it jammed, I had to dial the number again. On the third try, the paper went through. All in all, I am very pleased.

Not what I expected

When I ordered this printer I was told that it printed on both sides of the paper. This was touted as a great selling feature and, for the price, it certainly was. BUT while it does copy two one sided originals to a two sided copy, it does not create two sided copies from two sided originals. I was floored! It never occured to me to ask about 2 sided to 2 sided copies. Other than that since the price was right and the printer performs adequately I will keep it.

Some of the kids toys are put together better than this product. If HP has to outsource their products find a country that takes more pride in their products. I really was surprised to find
A product this poorly constructed with the HP brand. This machine was to be used mainly for faxing and scanning but I will start looking for another machine and donate this one
as I have a laser printer for everything else and will make due with the fax machine I have.
