Problems with Installation CD

It appears the installation CD did not have the appropriate driver/software. After the software installation, we still could not print or fax. We were able to download a utility from the HP website which then installed the appropirate driver.

After reading reviews on this printer, I decided to purchase this model. One of the reviews stated that it was very easy to setup. That was true up to a point. The directions are one sheet of pictures. Since I am not mechanically incline, I would have appreciated some writtent instructions with the pictures. Trying to discern what an arrow is pointing to in a picture isn't always easy; especially for a senior citizen. It took me two days to setup the printer. I think it would have been quicker it I had had some written instructions with the pictures.

It didn't take any time at all to set up. Love the ability to be able to print from anywhere in the house. The touch control works great. Prints great and quickly. Absolutely love this printer.
