Nexus5 never works after warranty period

I was very disappointed to see the value for my money after buying and referring nexus 5 to others. By the end of warranty period, this phone started not switching ON. When I complain to service center, they simply said your phone is out of warranty and hence pay for the service. I heard the same complaint from all my friends..I had similar experience in nexus 4 as well.
I am now forced to pay the repair charge or a full refurbished phone charge to fix the problem..
Pros: Performance, Quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

In my opinion, the best smartphone on the market. Always running the newest Android versions, it is always up to date.

Fantastic phone and outstanding value but...

I purchased this phone as a replacement for my aging Galaxy Nexus. It was a good value, the performance meets all of my expectations and the promised upgrade to Lollipop was a key factor in my decision.
So far, I'm still pleased even though the battery life is clearly not holding the same charge it was previously. ...and then there is the promised lollipop upgrade. It still has not come.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Quality

great but after repair phone came back scratched

i love this phone but after screen stop working i sent it in for repair and they returned the phone damaged to me back was scratched not happy

Camera broke right after 1 year

The camera broke right after one year, very common problem with this phone, no stores carry the phone, so your only option for repairs is lg. :(

This is a great value for money phone. I have a problem with mine having too low a microphone volume on outgoing calls. works okay if I switch to speaker!
Needs to be fixed soon as I seem to be one of many with the issue.
