while in any call...we are able to open the dial pad to enter digits but we cant delete if we enter wrong digit.

I have had to return mine in twice already because it was acting weird. Now it is broken... AGAIN! I can't be on it unless it is hooked up to the wall and still it will shut down after 2 mins so I can't even use it. Also the back is popping off and I CAN SEE ALL OF THE WIRES!!!!! I would not recommend the Nexus 5. Go ahead and get an IPhone.But if it didnt have all of those awful specs it would be nice so if you want to chance it go ahead but i encourage you not to.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings

I like the phone. The screen is very clear. But there was no user manual with the phone when shipped and none was available online for it. I am NOT a techie guy. I have NOT had the Nexus 4 so I do not know where I could look to try things. The music play system is pretty balky, no shuffle play. Again, this may go back to no user manual. Also, no phone protection is/was available when I purchased the phone.
Pros: Quality

Voice quality is not what I expected...

Everyone I speak to tells me my voice sounds garbled and speech in fragmented. Within 1 mile of cell site or on Femtocell people still complain. I like a lot of things about this phone but voice quality is not one of them.

Good value but lack of instructions

I would have rated it 5-star if I didn't have to spent hours online searching for the correct instructionas on how to access the SIM card. The unit didn't come with user manual. The so-called user manual on LG.com is actually only a quick start instruction that doesn't help at all.

Very very bad battery ....
I and my husband lost our money ( on garbage) purchasing this kind of cellphone.
We need to plug it everyday for charging and why we have a plan without data / internet.
