poor durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cell phone 1 year and 4 months ago. Overall, the phone experience was really acceptable. No really big downside apart from getting really hot sometime. Where it hurt is the durability of this product. I was working at the office, phone on the desk at 70% and boom shut down. I wasn`t able to reboot it and there wasn`t any icon at charging. (I tried several cables) I searched on google and I found that this problem is a "common" issue for this phone. Unfortunately, my warranty was expired for 4 months. I bought a new battery but nothing.
Conclusion, I don't know if I can call this planned obsolescence, a bad product conception or a simple bad luck, but always buy your cell phone with your credit card. (additional warranty)
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Phone but 1 issue I'm facing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using LG phones for years and they just keep getting better and more innovated!! After having 2 or 3 other phones in the past and switching to the LG G2 there was no turning back!! Only looking forward!!
