Like except a few important things.
1. Sleep magnet does not engage when I close the case. I have to remember to push down again on the corner until I hear the screen click off or the battery runs down.

2. Difficult to open clasp; always hoping I'm not damaging my iPad by putting undue pressure on it to open case.
3. Volume buttons are covered, but rubber so hard you REALLY have to press on them to change volume.
I do like the sturdiness of the case and the construction material. I like that it actually clips closed. However the difficulty with not shutting off properly and the other concerns cause me to wish I had returned it. Unfortunately it took a week of of use to find out if it just needed to be broken in and the issues would resolve. Sadly I've used it for quite a while and nothing has improved. Very disappointing since I've always thought of Otternox as the gold standard. Now I'm missing my old generic case from my old iPad that served me well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased in the Mossy Shadow & it's my favorite shade of bright green (brighter than pictured). Easy to open: placing palm towards center of cover & fingers under the latch edge. Palm pressing down slightly & lifting latch w/ fingers @ same time, VOILA !

I've been very impressed with this cover. Otter box showed great attention to detail in this design. The texture is grippy without being bulky ( it has a woven texture to the outside, similar to a painting canvas) The lid closes flush against the screen and snaps securely. I like how they didn't use a strap or latch to hold it closed. Just a simple built-in clip. The only change I'd make is to move the fold line on the lid. They jointed it closer to the hinge to make it easy to fold back and use the camera. You have to spin it around to prop it up on the lid. Knocked a star off for that, but really, it's a user preference thing. At any rate, it's well worth the price paid, I have faith that it will serve me for a long time, and I love how it carries and feels. Very pleased!

I recently purchased this product and I am very pleased with it. The Midnight Merlot color is perfect and the texture makes it simple to keep clean. I love that it is very slim and it makes it easy to carry. It is my second purchase with Otterbox, I have the Strada Series for my iphone 6 and I cannot say enough about it. Love your products.

Love the color choices for this case! Great protection for my Air2. Does make the iPad a little heavier but having the piece of mind that it's protected is well worth it. The only flaw would be that the sides could hug the iPad a little tighter.

I bought this product about two weeks ago. It is perfect. Does not add any weight to my iPad and it is very slim. I love the color and texture of the cover. Well worth the cost. I looked at a number of covers but they were to bulky or did not offer the protection that Otterbox products offer. I have had an Otterbox cover on my Kindle Fire for a numbers of years and I have dropped the Kindle numerous times and it is still perfect. Thanks Otterbox.

Worth the buy

This case is everything I wanted for my iPad. Protective and doesn't make it too bulky. All the buttons work fine and although it's a pain to get the case off I don't see a point to do that often. My only problem is sometimes the built in screen protector makes my finger unrecognizable so I have to press something multiple times. Other than that I love the case and would definitely recommend it.

Thought was a little pricey but was impressed with quality and material,,,BUT ran into big problem and didn't discover it for about 2 weeks and I had already thrown away packaging, old cover etc. The 2 "buttons" for volume don't come ANYWHERE near actual buttons. Don't usually need to change volume so didn't notice for quite some time. Now when I do change volume I have to remove that entire corner which becomes very inconvenient. They're not just a little off but a lot off target. Won't buy any more products from you.
