Misleading and not too 'Smart'
on November 11, 2012

The picture quality and sound are beautiful, as one would expect from a Sharp TV. However, it's labeled as a 'Smart' TV, which is ridiculous. It has less than a handful of apps, no web browser, and no indication that there will be new apps available any time soon. I purchased this, set it up, and soon regretted spending the extra couple hundred for the Smart designation. I think below average intelligence would be more fitting.

Not worth the price

As far as the TV goes, it works as described. Large screen with good image quality.
However, the 'smart' capability is certainly a misnomer. The only apps you may recognize are netflix and youtube. By the way, there is no browser and no new apps to be released to make up for the anemic selection. Further, the netflix app crashes so often that I no longer try to access it through their interface and go through a gaming console. Overall, not worth paying the extra $$$ for the smart function.
