I bought this dishwasher about a month ago. Although there has been an issue with the heating element, Amana has been great and will be sending out a technician to find out what is wrong with it. Overall it is a quiet dishwasher and does a great job.

My old dishwasher was 15 years old and it owed us nothing. The motor burnt out and it was time for a new one. I spoke with a local appliance store and they recommended the Amana Tall Tub. I love it! I should have replaced my old one years ago. I usually go with it it works, dont replace it ......... replace it! You will never regret it!

Got my new Amana just under a month ago. Love it! Nice having the control panel on the top. Gives the dishwasher a beautiful sleek look from the front. Plenty of room on the inside. Easy install for my husband. As I ran it for 1st time my husband asked if it was even running. It's so very quiet. Went shopping for the Amana by myself and picked out just the right Dishwasher. I bought this dishwasher a little over a month ago, and have been very pleased with it. It does leave moisture on the inside of the door but the dishes always seem to be dry. (Other than the normal moisture on sippy cups, tupperwares, etc) I have the 'heated dry' on so I'm not sure why it stays wet. I'll have to read the book better I guess. Other than that I've loved it. I love the buttons on top so my 2 yr old doesn't push them all the time.

This dishwasher is easy to operate. The door is really lightweight, and everything fits inside really easily. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the inside design. And, so far, everything comes out clean...no complaints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last straw for old dishwasher was it began leaking on the floor. It never did a good job from the day it was new, dishes had to be scrubbed prior to being put in it. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a dishwasher- just wanted one that would clean my dishes. I read reviews and the Amana was the cheapest with the highest reviews. I have been putting dirty dishes in and they come out CLEAN. Chunks of food are scrapped off but the dishes do not get cleaned first! Cycles take a long time, and not sure yet what my power bill will be, but did I mention, dishes are clean. Design is sleek, cycles are quiet, options are great, best price for quality, and did I mention, dishes go in dirty and come out clean
