Purchased unit over 3 months ago and it's working wonderfully, extremely quiet, I even had to ask the installer if it was really on. Dries very well too, there are areas on top of dishes where water does collect but that's b/c of the shape of the dish/glass otherwise items get very clean and spot free (without using spot free additive). It does collect some fingerprint and other spots but it easily cleans off with a stainless steel cleaner. I would definitely buy again and got a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old DW was in bad condition. The Amana is a vast improvement! It is quiet, does a good job washing, and drying (as good as a DW can dry). I will need to get some stainless steal cleaner/polisher as the front of the DW really is a finger/water mark magnet! Have used it for just over a week, and have no issues!

I was looking was dishwasher with all the necessary features but without too complicated electronics, which usually doesn't have good reliability. The dishwasher is quiet and stainless steel internals provide feel of good quality.

It's taking a while to get used to the longer wash cycles. I'm trying to believe that a 2.5 hour cycle is more power efficient than an hour cycle. I am not used to washing taking this long. The washer looks good, feels solid and cleans very well.

The title says it all! This dishwasher is SO quiet! We LOVE that feature. It also does an amazing job of cleaning cake on food off of dishes. I also really life the generous amount of space on the bottom rack. My bakers and cutting boards all fit!
