Hello,
We’re sorry for the disappointment you’ve had using our Philips Norelco electric razor.
You may adapt the below given steps for best shaving technique and get good results.
• Move the shaving heads over the skin, making both straight and circular movements.
• Your skin may need 2-3 weeks to get accustomed to this Philips system.
• To prevent damage, put the protection cap on the shaver after use.
Your first shaves may not give you the result you expect and your skin may even become slightly irritated. This is not uncommon since your skin and beard need time to adapt to any new shaving system.
It is recommended to take into account an adaptation period of 3 weeks, during which you should shave regularly (at least 3 times per week) to allow your hair and skin to adapt to the new shaver.
During this period, use your new electric shaver exclusively and do not alternate shaving methods; alternating shaving methods makes it more difficult to adapt to the new shaving system.
If the problem still persists, please reach out to Philips Consumer Care on 1-800-243-3050.

Very pleased with Phillips as I purchased a Phillips shaver for my husband when he was in the hospital. It worked great the first time but then didn't work well after that. By the time things settled down after his hospital stay, I took it back to the retailer I bought it from and they refused to give me a refund or another shaver as it had been past 30 days. I found a phone number for Phillips on the shaver and called that number. The young man I talked to was very nice and helpful. Phillips sent us a replacement shaver, paid the postage, and sent us a postage paid Fed-Ex box to ship the faulty one back. The shaver works great and I recommend Phillips as they were so very nice and met our needs.
Very disappointed in the product. Still need to shave with a regular razor for any special visits.

I really like my shaver, I can shave to so fast with it. I like the three head system, gives me a close shave with so much ease. I haven't used a electric razor for quite some time because I could not shave close enough. I am glad I tried again.

better than my old Norelco, about 20 yrs old. Cuts clean and is quiet. upgraded because it didn't have trimmer. now I have 1 in both bathroom.
This product works adequately and I would recommend it for the value. It does not do as good a job as the more expensive Phillips razors that I have used in the past.
