After giving the shaver a fair trial for 6 weeks; kept it charged, washed and dried face before shaving, holding skin taut with a finger, etc., etc., per your instructions, your shaver took much longer to do what I consider a poor job than the 'old' blade and razor took to provide the close shave I expected.
I purchased your product in order to obtain the "faster, easier, closer shave" that all electrice shaver manufacturers promise.
I can't imagine why so many people apparently buy products like yours.

I don't like the fact that it doesn't turn off the light when it is fully charged, so I leave it charging until I use it again. It doesn't have the straight edge on the back like my other one does. I could have returned it to get a more expensive one but I didn't.

Very pleased by surprise. Smooth cutting, easy cleaning. If you don't need a "sideburn trimmer" it's sweet.
Pros: smooth and painless. easy to empty., haven't had to use the brush to clean it.
Cons: no "sideburn trimmer" kept older one for that.
