This product doesn't perform like Norelco shavers I have purchased before.

I purchased my new electric razor to replace another manufactures shaver that was starting to fail. I have owned Norelco shavers in the past and desided to purchase my current shaver based on features and price. (It functions both cordless and non-cordless.) So far I am not really happy with the shaver. The shaver doesn't give me a clean close shave without my having to go over my face several times. The CloseCut technology doesn't work as good as the old double bladed system.
Pros: price
Cons: doesn't give a close shave without a lot of effort
Excellent shaver, but missing side/hair trimmer as in previous versions

I always prefer and love the Norelco shavers for the tri-blades with circular and close cutting motion. However, I am very disappointed to find that the pop-out sideburns/hair trimmer is absent in this model. I paid less for the previous shaver, and it had that feature. I even see this feature on generic similar shavers. That was a bad move for this model, so I cannot give it 5 stars. Other than that, the shaver cuts really well, and as close as can be with an electric shaver without cutting the skin, unless there is acne or white/blackheads where there are raised bumps. Any close shaver, even a handheld razor, will risk cutting those raised areas.
Pros: close shave, tri-circle rotating blades superior to others, cordless, easy to use
I bought this razor on sale and it has turned out to be a great purchase. It's easy to use and the charge last a long time. I would recommend this to my friends.
This is really not worth the money I paid for it. The shave i got after repeated use was only half as good as a blade. Repeated shavings never got any better. Trying to clean the heads was miserable. And having no trimmer made side burns a mess. Stick with a blade and get a decent shave every single time is my advice
