I found product easy to use and shaving heads cut my heavy whiskers without much problem. I use it almost daily and have found no problems since purchase,
Pros: cuts easily

I've owned many Norelco shavers over the years and will continue to buy them as needed. I actually bought this one just to use as a travel shave since my regular Norelco is a little bulky for travel with the travel case. I was a bit skeptical that this one would do as good a job, but it certainly did. My only wish is that you could rinse it after each use like my home shaver. It's not a big deal though. I just use the included cleaning brush when needed.
Pros: basic shaver, close shave, great for travel

Very quiet shaver compared to my old Norelco. Doesn't pinch and smooth as can be. Wish I would have bought the one with the side trimmer on it but didn't know there were 2 different ones, that is, one with and one without the side trimmer.
