Charging light does not blink indicating ready for use...may be a defect. Head comes completely off for cleaning instead of lifting up on rear hinges which is more desirable. Overall quality is poor compared tomy old one which I guess I will continue to use...and I just bought two of these new ones!

Excellent product. Loved my old one and love the new one. Only made on mistake. My old shaver had the trimmer and I thought I was purchasing a new one with a trimmer. Didn't realize I had made a mistake until I got home and had used the shaver. Too late to replace it.
