I never thought I would be able to say that I can shave without having a lot of facial 'stinging'. I had a Norelco many years ago and wore it out. When my family replaced it, as a gift, they purchased another brand.
It was good for a while, but then everytime I shaved, my throat would sting afterwards.

It runs quieter than most razors and gives a real close shave over your whole face. It's light weight and easy to clean. Holds a charge longer than my last razor.

Cons: cord comes loose some times when shaving

This product does not shave as close as a razor with a blade but is faster and easier to use, causes less mess, and does not tend to cut. I would recommend it for anyone that has tremors or has shaky hands.
Pros: doesn't cut., very quick and convenient.

The 6945XL is excellent and only needs a trimmer!!!!

After using Norelco products for 50+ years, the 6945 is the best cutting Norelco I have had!!!!
______________________________________________________Received an 1150X as a gift, registered on 2-19-13. Does not shave nearly as well as prior Norelco models. 1. Head is too flexible requiring excessive pressure. 2. Head is too large to get into tight spots. 3. Do not like the 1 piece cone which makes it difficult to clean and keep cutters in right cone. 4. Device that holds cutting heads in cone lacking in quality. 5. Overall, the head is somewhat "Mickey Mouse". 6. Trimmer is too large. I wish I had taken advantage of your 45 day return program and traded this one for a 6945 type design with a trimmer. Evaluation not intended to be negative or "knit picking". Having used Norelcos from the old small cutter duel head razors to the present, felt the company would like to know my real thoughts.
