After I bought it, I realized I could not use water to clean it, as my previous Norelco did. I does not shave my face as fast as my old Norelco, but it gets the job done.
Pros: shaves my face well
Cons: i cannot use water to clean it.

This shaver has a bit shorter battery life than previous models I've owned. Previously, shavers have run for 8 to 12 days on a charge; this one is good for 5-6. Also, trimmers have been such a standard accessory for so long I was surprised to get mine home and discovered it did not include a trimmer.
Cons: no storage/travel container., harder to dissemble/reassemble than past models., no known service/repair shops around

The Norelco shaver I purchased for my husband has been a bit hit. He is on blood thinner and it was dangerous for him to shave with a razor. He has never liked or used an electric much as he never could find one he likes. He is so please with this one and has borrowed it to our son. We our planning on order our son a shaver like this. Thank you for a wonderful product.
Pros: recharging is really nice
Cons: none that i know of

There is no way to know when it is fully charged.

The green light is on when charging but does not let you know when it is fully charged. Also when you plug it in can you shave it was not clear in the instructions as to its use when pluged in . no way to know when it needs charging unless you keep up with the amount of time you use it before charging.
Pros: its design is confortable and easy to use, the three heads floating is great.
Cons: charging is unprodicable, way to let you know when battery is low

I like the razor however it's hard to get a truly close shave at 90. Not the fault of the razor.

This is the third or fourth Philips Norelco razor I have purchased and, as long as I am shaving, I will likely continue to purchase the Philips Norelco razor. I am satisfied that I am getting a good shave under the circumstances. I am 90 years old and getting a close shave is not as easy as it was when I was, say, 50.
