I've been using LG products over the years and ive never been disappointed . Reason being is that the quality spaeks volume...Ive never had a problem with this device and ive had it for a while now. I love the fact that it comes with a bluetooth connectivity, 3D capability and you also view standard DVD's in HD, how amazing is that ..LOve, love this product and still enjoying it.. Definitely recommend this product!!!

Great player, upgrades any HDTV to a "Smart TV"!

This player works really well for my needs. I use it for watching Netflix and YouTube and playing video and music discs. As far as features go, I only gave this unit 4 stars because I'd like to see a "reset" button on the controls. Just like all computers, it does crash occasionally. When it does crash #which is a rare occurrence# all I need do is unplug and re-plug the power cord to reset the unit and all is fine.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Quality

Most gorgeous picture ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have wanted an OLED set since they were first introduced. Finally able to afford one. Set up was extremely easy. Updated the software after connecting to wifi and didnt have to do much else. The picture is absolutely breath-taking!! Couldnt be happier with this set! Love it!!!

This is my first Blue Ray player and the difference is amazing. I love watching my DVDs and Netflix through this product. It is real easy to use.

I like this 3D Blu-ray player because the sound is great and it brings 3D movie experience to the next level.I have not played a 2D Blu-ray movie on it yet but i expect it to be just as good as 3D.
The value is good and I like the app store. Great product and I highly recommend it.

Good Player, Bad Luck

As a music player, this works flawlessly.
I bought it so it could link into my home wireless network, expecting to have some ability to download some of my music cds onto my computer.
Wasn't a way to do that directly, so I tried the USB stick. The player hung up - can't play, can't control it or turn it off. Finally removed the stick, didn't help at all. There Must be a solution, but my first 4 hours on it hasn't helped at all.

Missing Plex,

Missing Plex App for that Blu Ray and the Android Version of LG Remote is not working at all with that player.
I don't get the function "play WiFi" do i need a spatial software or what ? the provided Nero MediaHome 4 is not working every time.
Everything else is good.
