We built our first home and my husband insisted that we use only Jenn-Air appliances. So far so good. I don't even mind wiping smudges. We got the extra heavy duty handles on all our appliances and love that. Haven't figured out the freezer door yet. It pulls out a bit crooked. Might be installation.

When we remodeled the Kitchen we wanted to install a new fridge as well. Jenn air fulfilled our needs and we're so happy with it esp the temp control of the fridge and freezer section. Ice cream stays frozen but easily scoopable!

Our new Jenn Air refrigerator is a welcome addition to a remodeled kitchen as it replaces a side by side style refrigerator. The counter depth, French door style meets our needs much better. We can now store a gallon of ice cream or a pizza in the freezer. I especially like the pull out shelves in the freezer. We can keep all the meat in one pullout shelf, which means less digging through a large basket. I also like the temperature display for both the refrigerator and freezer. My only criticism is that the wide deli/cheese drawer requires both doors to be open to access the food inside.

Refrig has a lot of room with convenient cold water feature. I have not solved how a shelf should fit into the freezer area as the freezer door tends not to close unless one is real careful to line up the shelf. The twin refrig doors need to be getting accustom as the left door tends stay open unless pushed a second time. Refrig seems to keep the correct temperature when the doors are closed correctly. There was excess glue on the door top when I unpacked the refrigerator.

I bought this refrigerator a few month ago, I like the look of it,very energy efficient, quiet, no problems at all, works great. The only thing I would do differently is get it with the ice dispenser on the outside. I wanted the sleeker look of not having it on the outside (I know this is going to sound really lazy), but bending over and pulling out the drawer to get a few ice cubes seems to be too much effort when compared to just push a glass against a lever.

I have very specific requirements in a refrigerator and this product met all my requirements. ie: separate drawers for fruit and veggies-humidity controlled, deli drawer and movable glass shelves. The only wish i would have is that there were more bin-type shelves in the doors instead of the 2 shelves with lids. The ice-maker and freezer are well-designed. I especially like the feature of attaching the ice-maker to the door so that it is always accessible. I am very happy with our purchase even though we had to remodel a cabinet for the extra 3 inches of height.

I just bought this for my new house, and it looks fantastic. I like most of the functionality so far. There are a few areas that could be improved. I wish the water dispenser would fill a glass or pitcher more quickly. The stream is small (which is due to the filtration process). The space inside the fridge is somewhat limited, as it is a counter depth model, but I think it could be laid out better. I want a good place to put a 12 pack of soda. In my old fridge, I could put 12 cans in the door. This only only holds 8.

We purchased this refrigerator to replace a 5 yr old Jenn-air that was not defrosting properly - it broke right after the warranty expired. We stuck with Jenn-air because of the door hinge design as it fits in our tight space, which is unique to Jenn-air - I shopped it out extensively. This time, we spent a lot more money and went for the higher end "professional" model. For the price we paid, the fridge is good, but far from great. Cons - The drawers are a bit maddening. The higher end drawers have nice roller assemblies so they open and close smooth and easy, but they squeak like crazy... There appears to be a condensation issue as the glass shelves are often steamy, even though I've turned on the "Humidity Control" setting. Pros - On the positive side, the freezer drawers run on rollers and the layout is much better than our prior Jenn-air model. I would like this fridge a lot more if it had cost $1000 less.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
