We were skeptical about getting a French door fridge because the water is only accessible inside but we absolutely love it. Its not as deep as our last fridge but has so much more space. We don't lose anything "way in the back" everything is reachable and accessible. It makes tons of ice, things are staying organized, its super quiet and very very pretty.
Pros: Attractive Design, Holds Temperature Well, Space For Tall Items, Energy Efficient, Quiet, Easy Access, Customizable Shelving
I'm very happy with my refrigerator. It so easy to find everything and organize it the way I want. Having the freezer on the bottom works better for me than a top freezer. It makes finding things in the refrigerator so much easier. Probably the only thing I'd change would be to add a third produce drawer because I always have more veggies and fruits than I have room for. This is a replacement for the Jenn-Air counter depth that I had previously.
Pros: Quality Construction, Easy To Use, Attractive Design
Easy to keep the stainless steel clean. No fingerprints. Efficient, attractive. Down side would be having to always open the door to get water. Love the shelving/baskets in the freezer.

We replaced a 15-17 year old non high end refrigerator, which was still running fine and given to our daughter, with this high end unit as my wife wanted an upper refrigerator with freezer below. We did not want nor got a water & ice dispenser in the door as it takes up inside storage space. The counter depth already have less space. I have to say that the old less expensive refrigerator was so much better made. The doors on this unit are light feeling and much easier to open so the seals are probably not as good. We have noticed condensation on the seals that has dripped on the floor. Never had that with any past refrigerator. We had to turn on the seal heater which wastes energy. The shelves are so weak that they twist and deflect when a milk carton or other semi heavy item is place to one side of the shelf. The plastic drawers for fruits, vegetables and meat & cheese drawer as well as the door shelves are made of much thinner plastic than the old refrigerator. They need to be treated with care, but probably still won't hold up without something breaking. This refrigerator is tall helping it hold a bit more. It has nice features, but no more so than less expensive units. It has held temperature well and I like the digital temperature read out. The freezer section is nice, but space is lost because of both the main drawer slide taking away from the width and by having the freezer at the bottom where the compressor and other mechanicals take away from the depth of the bottom freezer drawer. We purchased a second refrigerator/freezer for the basement for additional space. We purchased this refrigerator because it fit the space the better and had more space than others. While it is considered a one of the premium brands, there are some less expensive non premium brands that are built just as well and in some ways better. Bottom line it is a decent refrigerator, but the quality does not justify the premium price.
