Only design change I would recommend would be to create 2 pull out bins in lieu of the 1 long thin bin. You have to open both doors to get something out of the bin.
Pros: Attractive Design, Interior Water Dispenser, Easy To Use

After a week of living with this fridge, I'm enjoying it. The only things I wish that could be improved are: needs bigger door pockets (I could put an entire 12 pack of soda in my old fridge door--this only only holds 8). I wish the capacity for holding food was greater. You do lose a lot of storage in a counter depth.

Refrigerator has a lot of great features. I like that there is an alert if you leave the door ajar after a certain amount of time. My wife and I wanted a clean look, so we opted for the water dispenser to be on the inside instead of on the outside. The only thing I dislike about the decision is that after pouring water, and even holding it there for a few seconds after finishing, it still drips afterward. I always see a couple drops of water which collects on the bottom. It's not much, but it's enough to bother me because I am constantly wiping it off. Otherwise, everything else is good.

Just recently got this fridge and I love it. Previously had side by side. Now I feel like I can see everything in the fridge. I like that the water dispenser is inside. My old fridge had the water and ice on the outside. I felt like I was always cleaning it and that it always looked dirty. My only complaint is that the side shelves and veggie bins are very flimsy.

I am very pleased with my new refrigerator. Love the ice and water dispensers and the layout of selves and drawers. I have a greatroom which includes the kitchen, dining and living room so the panel inserts were a must feature. However, because the market makes nearly only french doors, I had no choice (unless I wanted to spend $9000) but to go with the french doors, which is its only drawback. My fridge is at the left end of a counter, with an island across from it. To remove items and put back into, I must place the items on the island, open the doors and put them in or take them out and place on the island. Then move the items to my work area, which is to the right of the fridge, not on the island. I find this a bit inconvenient. Perhaps a rework of my kitchen would help, but that isn't an option - financially. I previously had a single door upper, with the freeze door on the bottom. Our salesman ventured a guess that a single door would be too heavy. Nevertheless, I would have preferred to have a single door that hinged on the left as my old did but couldn't afford that. Otherwise, very pleased.

We remodeled our kitchen 4 months ago so I have had time to get to know my Jenn-Air and its pros and cons. Pros: The French door styling is very efficient. The refrigerator section has a nice see-through drawer across the entire middle in which I find it convenient to store cheese and eggs The veggie and fruit bins are also see-through and keep produce nicely. There is plenty of storage on the doors for milk, orange juice, etc. plus all the condiments. The remaining shelving can be easily rearranged to suit my needs for either tall or short items. I added a lazy Susan on one side that has made it easier to see containers I store on it. The freezer section is divided into 3 sections and each holds plenty. I don't buy many packaged foods but I do freeze veggies from the summer in plastic bags. I'm finding the bottom drawers hold many bags. There is a scoop for the ice cube maker that is fun and sanitary to use. I have noted 3 cons: the left-side door of the refrigerator has to be carefully closed or else it doesn't shut all the way. There is an alarm to tell you the door is open but it isn't very loud and doesn't always sound. My second con is the water dispenser inside the fridge section. The water comes out very slowly. I don't know if this applies to the dispensers on the outside of the door. The 3rd con is the cabinet door panels. We purchased them through our cabinet company and they look beautiful but they were not easy to install. Luckily we had an experienced carpenter who was able to figure something out. We had to use longer screws on the freezer section because it is large and heavy when full. I have one other observation. I was under the impression that counter-depth meant the fridge won't stick out past the counter top. It does by about 6 inches. It does mean the doors will fully open on both sides without bumping against the counters.
