I bought this refrigerator for an upscale FL beach rental property I own, because I loved the one I bought ten years ago from jenn-Air that is still running perfectly in my own home, and has never given me a minute's problem! Great appliances!
Only design change I would recommend would be to create 2 pull out bins in lieu of the 1 long thin bin. You have to open both doors to get something out of the bin.
Pros: Attractive Design, Interior Water Dispenser, Easy To Use
Have owned this frig for several months. Several points: 1. It's a little too loud when running. 2. The dual door doesn't always work well. If only the left door is opened, it will slightly open the right door when closing. Must then push on the right door to make sure both are closed. 3. The ice maker is very slow to make ice. It takes several days to fill the drawer.
This refrigerator is so roomy, compared to my previous fridge. The freezer has shelves and the ice-maker is wonderful with the built in scoop feature and the option to lock the drawer so that ice is immediately available when I open the freezer.
I just bought this for my new house, and it looks fantastic. I like most of the functionality so far. There are a few areas that could be improved. I wish the water dispenser would fill a glass or pitcher more quickly. The stream is small (which is due to the filtration process). The space inside the fridge is somewhat limited, as it is a counter depth model, but I think it could be laid out better. I want a good place to put a 12 pack of soda. In my old fridge, I could put 12 cans in the door. This only only holds 8.
When we remodeled the Kitchen we wanted to install a new fridge as well. Jenn air fulfilled our needs and we're so happy with it esp the temp control of the fridge and freezer section. Ice cream stays frozen but easily scoopable!
