Refrig has a lot of room with convenient cold water feature. I have not solved how a shelf should fit into the freezer area as the freezer door tends not to close unless one is real careful to line up the shelf. The twin refrig doors need to be getting accustom as the left door tends stay open unless pushed a second time. Refrig seems to keep the correct temperature when the doors are closed correctly. There was excess glue on the door top when I unpacked the refrigerator.

Had a Sub-zero built in for 20 years and loved the look. The new built-in refrigerators were out of our price range so we opted for a counter depth Jennair. Couldn't be happier with the look and the French door style. Able to get wide items in as opposed to the side by side and really didn't lose much interior space over the Subzero. A perfect replacement for us.

I purchased this product in June, 2015. To date, the refrigerator has worked flawlessly and show every indication of quality craftsmanship. Aesthetically, I haven't seen any other refrigerator on the market that compliments our kitchen like this unit. Our previous refrigerator was a Jenn-Air as well, and satisfaction with that unit, which we had for 10 years, lled us to remain Jenn-Air customers.
