We love this new refrigerator/freezer! The water dispenser inside and the ice maker with drawer are great! There is a lot more space in this fridge compared with our old side-by-side. The only negative is that we have a little less freezer space and cannot buy lots of extra frozen foods at a time.

I love my new fridge. I did alot of research and the Jenn Air counter depth fridge met all my requirements and space sprcifications were perfet. I had a very tight space to work with.Everything was as expected, but I am still getting used to the small freezer space.

Our Victorian era house made it challenging to find a refrigerator that would fit through our doors and accommodate our vintage stove. We are thrilled with our new counter depth Jenn-Air. We like the added height, which gives us additional space and ample room to stack containers filled with food. The interior design makes it possible to see everything at a glance. The filtered water dispenser and ice maker are a pleasure to use. We trust that Jenn-Air will stand by their products if we should need support even after the warranty period.

Love, love the new refrigerator. No more breaking my back leaning over to look for things. The double drawers are great hold two gallons of milk. The big slider tray in the middle is awesome and holds so much. Love the fresh water dispenser . The freezer drawer is great can see every thing at a glance and holds a lot. So far very happy with my purchase. This was a big step up for me.

We purchased this refrigerator to replace a 5 yr old Jenn-air that was not defrosting properly - it broke right after the warranty expired. We stuck with Jenn-air because of the door hinge design as it fits in our tight space, which is unique to Jenn-air - I shopped it out extensively. This time, we spent a lot more money and went for the higher end "professional" model. For the price we paid, the fridge is good, but far from great. Cons - The drawers are a bit maddening. The higher end drawers have nice roller assemblies so they open and close smooth and easy, but they squeak like crazy... There appears to be a condensation issue as the glass shelves are often steamy, even though I've turned on the "Humidity Control" setting. Pros - On the positive side, the freezer drawers run on rollers and the layout is much better than our prior Jenn-air model. I would like this fridge a lot more if it had cost $1000 less.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
