I love that it is quiet. This is especially important in an open concept home. The counter depth works perfectly and it has a very "built-in" look. The double doors take a bit of getting used to, but there seems to be plenty of space, especially for tall containers.
Pros: Space For Tall Items, Holds Temperature Well, It's very quiet when running. In an open concep, Attractive Design
Hate the French door design. Previous refrigerator had one door and bottom freezer and was significantly more user friendly. Unfortunately it would have been another 3K to achieve that with Jen-Aire. The left door is useless unless opening both doors. Might as well have gotten a side by side.
Pros: Quiet, Holds Temperature Well, Attractive Design
Cons: Holds less than you would expect, French doors
Remodeling a kitchen and decided on all new appliances. Did not even consider Jenn Air at first because thought it may be too pricey. But after looking at many,we found that it was still in our price range. We wanted counter depth without sacrificing space. I love the roominess and feel that I actually have more room than my old side by side. I believe its because there is no water dispenser on the door which gives me tons of space. The water in the fridge itself is a great idea!! I thought I would never use it because it would have a funny taste. But I use it everyday several times a day and the filter for the water allows for a clean fresh taste! The drawers are at waist height which I love not bending down any longer. The lighting is great. The doors open wide or independent of one another which I love. We could not afford a built in but we had our cabinets made around the fridge and the streamline of the fridge makes it appear to be a built in and love that this is also a bit taller than a regular fridge. The freezer is very organized and I can see everything I have. And has plenty of space. I LOVE this fridge.

I bought this fridge because I wanted a panel ready model that was reasonably priced. I am very happy with the way it looks in my newly renovated kitchen. I will never buy a stainless steel refrigerator again because they scratch so easily and then they do not look good. I love my paneled Jenn Air because it blends into my kitchen cabinetry and looks almost built in. I love the water dispenser hidden in the inside and the ice tray comes with a handy scooper. I also enjoy the wine bottle holders that come with it. I'm very happy with my purchase.
After postponing and delaying getting a new refrigerator for much too long, my wife and I purchased the counter depth french door refrigerator by Jenn-Air. New appliance purchases have never generated such pleasure and improved daily life in our home. The appearance, the size/capacity for storage, the shelf and drawer lay-out of both the refrigerator and freezer, and the GREAT ice maker have made us a happy family. Thanks Jenn-Air for getting it right.
we are finishing a major remodel that included all new kitchen appliances..we went with Jenn-Air on the recommendation of a number of folks and websites. The dishwasher motor started leaking immediately and will be replaced, there are rust colored blemishes on the range door (cust svc coming to look this week), some kind of blemish on the refrigerator door (cust svc coming to look this week), and the way the doors work on the refrigerator is just odd. They are French doors and if you don't shut the left one first, they don't always seal.
