Love the fact that the ice and water are not in the door, which typically makes a big mess. The ice maker is easy to get to and the ice never clumps up. The only negative is that it's a smaller capacity which is the trade off for the look of a counter depth refrig.
Pros: Energy Efficient, Quiet, Space For Tall Items, Holds Temperature Well, Attractive Design, Easy water access, Customizable Shelving, Easy Access, Very efficient ice maker
Modernized our kitchen with Jenn Air oven and refrigerator. Very happy with both units. Since we've only been using these products for a month long term efficiency is unknown but the refrigerator and freezer compartments are designed well and we've not had any issues with the internal water dispenser (which works great) and the ice maker. Overall a very good choice for a smaller family. Because this unit is counter depth the purchaser needs to be aware of the reduction in the depth of the shelves.
Pros: Energy Efficient, Attractive Design, Space For Tall Items, Quiet, Customizable Shelving, Easy Access, Holds Temperature Well
Easy to keep the stainless steel clean. No fingerprints. Efficient, attractive. Down side would be having to always open the door to get water. Love the shelving/baskets in the freezer.
Pros: Quiet, Attractive Design, Holds Temperature Well, Space For Tall Items, Customizable Shelving, Energy Efficient, Easy Access

We replaced a 15-17 year old non high end refrigerator, which was still running fine and given to our daughter, with this high end unit as my wife wanted an upper refrigerator with freezer below. We did not want nor got a water & ice dispenser in the door as it takes up inside storage space. The counter depth already have less space. I have to say that the old less expensive refrigerator was so much better made. The doors on this unit are light feeling and much easier to open so the seals are probably not as good. We have noticed condensation on the seals that has dripped on the floor. Never had that with any past refrigerator. We had to turn on the seal heater which wastes energy. The shelves are so weak that they twist and deflect when a milk carton or other semi heavy item is place to one side of the shelf. The plastic drawers for fruits, vegetables and meat & cheese drawer as well as the door shelves are made of much thinner plastic than the old refrigerator. They need to be treated with care, but probably still won't hold up without something breaking. This refrigerator is tall helping it hold a bit more. It has nice features, but no more so than less expensive units. It has held temperature well and I like the digital temperature read out. The freezer section is nice, but space is lost because of both the main drawer slide taking away from the width and by having the freezer at the bottom where the compressor and other mechanicals take away from the depth of the bottom freezer drawer. We purchased a second refrigerator/freezer for the basement for additional space. We purchased this refrigerator because it fit the space the better and had more space than others. While it is considered a one of the premium brands, there are some less expensive non premium brands that are built just as well and in some ways better. Bottom line it is a decent refrigerator, but the quality does not justify the premium price.
Pros: Holds Temperature Well, Easy Access, Attractive Design, Customizable Shelving, Space For Tall Items
It's fine, but for the price I expected more. Two big issues: 1) Finger prints/hand prints show up easily and are difficult to clean off. 2) Freezer drawer layout is not well designed. Hard to store things in it.
Pros: Quiet, Attractive Design, Holds Temperature Well
I would recommend but caveat that this is not meant for a big family. We are a family of 4 right now and we had to get another fridge because of the lack of storage. It's very nice looking visually and operationally great, but the room is just insufficient. Little disappointed with this one b/c this was not a cheap purchase.
Pros: Attractive Design, Energy Efficient, Customizable Shelving, Quiet, Holds Temperature Well
Cons: lack of freezer and refrigerator space, Limited Shelving Options, doors have to be shut firmly
